Bowl projections for Central Michigan following Week 14

Central Michigan secured the Mid-American Conference West Division title with a 49-7 victory over Toledo on Nov. 29 at Kelly/Shorts Stadium.

The win punched the team's ticket to the MAC championship game, a noon Saturday matchup against Miami (Ohio) at Ford Field in Detroit.

The Chippewas have improved to 8-4 overall and 6-2 in the MAC.

In the last nine years, Central Michigan has played in the 2010 GMAC Bowl, 2012 Little Caesars Pizza Bowl, 2014 Bahamas Bowl, 2015 Quick Lane Bowl, 2016 Miami Beach Bowl and 2017 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.
