Romney's honorable campaign a record of success
Columnist Brent McDermott's punditry in the Feb. 8 edition, entitled "Why Mitt Romney lost," shouldn't have been published because the author is an operative for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
Central Michigan Life has always taken pride in its journalistic standards, so I don't understand why McDermott was allowed to write liberal propaganda.
McDermott's commentary is flat out wrong.
Romney ran a strong and honorable campaign for president - winning 11 states and the votes of more than 4 million conservatives.
I was very disappointed when McDermott launched a shameful attack on Romney for having a record of success.
Liberals like McDermott champion division and class warfare - they don't like it when people achieve success without handouts and government assistance.
It's time for Central Michigan Life to get back to serious journalism instead of McDermott's yellow journalism found in sleazy tabloids.
