Torreano to succeed Caponigro as Chairperson
Trustee Gail Torreano will replace Jeff Caponigro as CMU Board Chairperson, effective next year.
Caponigro's term expires before the board's February meeting, along with Vice Chair John Kulhavi. Gov. Jennifer Granholm will appoint two trustees to replace them in January.
In addition, trustees Sam Kottamasu and Stephanie Comai were named Vice Chairs to replace Kulhavi.
Vice President of Finances David Burdette was named treasurer and Mary Jane Flanagan was named secretary.
