The Chippewas have four individuals still wrestling to earn All-American honors after the first round of wrestlebacks today.

Tony D'Alie (149 pounds), Steve Brown (157), Ben Bennett (174) and Jarod Trice (285) all advanced with wins.

D'Alie won via major decision over Navy's Glenn Shober 12-3 to set up a match against American's Kyle Borshoff. D'Alie and Borshoff have split their two decisions this season.

Brown will take on Kurt Kinser after a 10-7 decision over Kyle John of Maryland.

For Bennett and Trice, it came down to one takedown a piece.

Bennett scored a takedown in the last 40 seconds in the third period to take a 4-2 lead and only allowed an escape to take the 4-3 win.

For Trice, it was sudden victory against Nebraska's Tucker Lane, but Trice got the takedown to win 3-1.

All four Chippewas need to win two more matches each to gain All-American status.
