CMU Board of Trustees to set undergraduate tuition at Thursday meeting
The Central Michigan University Board of Trustees plans to set undergraduate tuition for the 2012-13 academic year during its Thursday meeting.
In the meeting agenda, released Monday, Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services David Burdette has proposed issuing a tuition recommendation for next year.
Should a proposal pass, CMU would be the first Michigan university to set undergraduate tuition, a stark contrast from its typical July date. Room and board and master's/doctoral tuition for 2012-13 is also on the agenda for Thursday.
Steve Smith, director of public relations, could not provide any further details. Burdette was unavailable for comment Monday.
