This is Pedrick’s second nomination of the season, as the first came following the first week of the season.

The Wilcox, Saskatchewan, Can. senior won the all-around with a season-high 39.100 to help the Chippewas win their MAC opening dual against rival Western Michigan. CMU defeated the Broncos 193.675-192.700 to improve to 7-1 overall and it leads with a 1-0 conference record.

Pedrick posted four scores above 9.700 against WMU. Each of her scores were above her season average. She won the uneven bars with a 9.800 and tied for second on the floor exercise with another 9.800. She tied for third on the balance beam with a 9.775 posting and finished fourth on the vault with a 9.725.

Next, Pedrick and the Chippewas travel to Illinois State on Feb. 1 to complete a home-and-home series against the Redbirds. CMU took the first meeting with a convincing 195.275-190.050 victory Jan. 11 in McGuirk Arena.
