Shawn Roundtree Jr. out with head injury, return is unclear
Central Michigan starting point guard Shawn Roundtree Jr. is not active for the Chippewas Feb. 26 contest at Eastern Michigan.
Roundtree suffered a head injury against Ball State on Feb. 23 when he was going for a loose ball.
The senior guard is second on the team in scoring and assists, averaging 16 points per game and totaling 82 assists on the season.
On top of that, a source close to the situation told Central Michigan Life junior guard Dallas Morgan and junior forward David DiLeo are battling an illness but will play.
The Chippewas take on the Eagles at 7 p.m. from the Convocation Center. CMU (19-8, 8-6 Mid-American Conference) currently trails Toledo (21-6, 9-5) by one game in the MAC West Division.
