Freshman goal keeper Abigail Ebersole stares down the opposition during the game against Lousville, on Friday, Sept. 9, at the Field Hockey Complex.

Field hockey senior Abigail Ebersole was named the Mid-American Defensive Player of the Week.

Ebersole, who plays in goal, had 30 saves in two games this past weekend against Longwood and Saint Francis. She has started in four games this season and appeared in eight games.
