Central Michigan Life editor-in-chief Dylan Goetz receives a proclamation from the Board of Trustees for CM-Life's 100 Year Anniversary Celebration Sept. 19 at a meeting in the Bovee University Center.

One more week.

That’s all we have left until we can return home for Christmas break and continue actually eating warm meals, instead of stopping for fast food three times a week.

From watching a 1-11 football team turn into Mid-American Conference West Division Champions and advocating for the implementation of a meal swipe donation program, this semester has been full of great stories to cover. Central Michigan Life was there through it all.

This is Central Michigan Life’s last print edition for the semester and last print edition in the year 2019. We want to take this opportunity to thank our readers and supporters over the last 12 months.

Thank you for carefully considering our stories, sharing your thoughts on Facebook and Twitter and emailing us directly with feedback.

We hope you have a relaxing and rejuvenating time off over the holiday break. Take advantage of the much-needed time off to recharge for the spring semester. Catch up with family members and rejuvenate your sleep schedules.

And to the graduating seniors who are finishing their college experience strong and earning degrees, Congratulations. Graduating classes inspire us at Central Michigan Life to keep pushing and earn our degrees to make the world a better place.

In 2020, we at Central Michigan Life will keep working for students, the campus community and residents of Mount Pleasant. We are here to serve you.

Central Michigan Life wishes you a happy new year!
