Central Michigan's 2020 football season will begin with a night game in Kelly/Shorts Stadium.

The Chippewas will host Ohio at 7 p.m. on Nov. 4 on ESPN, the Mid-American Conference announced as part of its updated television schedule on Monday.

CMU's second game -- Nov. 11 at Northern Illinois -- will kick off at 8 p.m. on ESPNU from Huskie Stadium in DeKalb, Illinois.

CMU's at Eastern Michigan has been moved to 4 p.m. on Nov. 27, a day earlier than scheduled. That game will be shown on the CBS Sports Network from Rynearson Stadium in Ypsilanti.

When the schedule was revealed on Oct. 7, it was announced that each team would play the first three games on weeknights -- the popular "MACtion" games -- and the final three games would be played on Saturdays.

The regular season will culminate with the MAC championship game on Dec. 18 at Ford Field in Detroit. A time and broadcast selection are still to be determined.

Kickoff times and television assignments for CMU's games against Western Michigan (Nov. 18), Ball State (Dec. 5) and Toledo (Dec. 12) will each be announced 12 days prior to game day.
