Bob Larson, the creator and producer of the reality series "90 Day Fiance" is coming to Central Michigan University as a guest speaker for two days this week.

At 11 a.m. on Sept. 20, Larson will be a keynote speaker in the Grawn Hall Atrium. From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 21, he will be in the Plachta Conference Room in Grawn Hall room 178 for the Entrepeneurship Institute's Fireside Speaker event series.

At Wednesday's event, there will be an opportunity for participants to ask questions and to get free pizza. Participants are asked to register online.

Larson is a 20-year veteran of the TV industry with "90 Day Fiance" first premiering in 2014, running for nine seasons so far. The series follows couples who meet online - with one partner being from the U.S. and the other from overseas. The partner from overseas applies for and receives a K-1 visa, allowing them to travel to and stay in the U.S. for 90 days. The couple must decide whether or not to get married within that time frame.

The series has spawned multiple spin-offs and has become popular around the world. Larson has also worked on shows like "Man vs. Food" and "Extreme Couponing."
