Softball vs. Ball State
The Central Michigan University softball team opened up home play with a 6-5 victory in 10 innings against Ball State University on Friday, March 20, 2026. A strong third inning by CMU's offense put the Chippewas up 4-0. However, Ball State gained momentum at the top of the 7th, propelling their offense to four runs and bringing the game to extra innings. Central Michigan would win off a walk-off walk in the 10th inning. CMU looks to play at home again on Saturday, March 21st, 2026, against Ball State.
