Softball vs. University of Michigan
The Central Michigan University Chippewas lost to the Michigan Wolverines 8-1 in an out-of-conference game at Margo Jonker Stadium on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. A solo home run by the Wolverines and two additional runs put Michigan up 3-0 by the bottom of the second inning. A grand slam by Michigan sophomore Lauren Putz put Michigan up 8-0 In the sixth inning, only to be answered by Central Michigan University sophomore London Williams with a solo home run. The Chippewas' next game is against Buffalo on Friday for a 3-game series.
