West Campus apartments

If you like having a lot of options available when it comes to finding somewhere to live, United Apartments could be the place for you. Whether you want to be right downtown, minutes from campus or on the outskirts of Mount Pleasant, in a one-bedroom apartment or a six-bedroom townhome, United has an option for you. 

“Whether you want to be right next to campus in West Campus or further away at somewhere like Jamestown, we have a variety of different places to offer with great prices,” Jamestown Leasing Manager Alisha Millis said.

United makes apartment searching easy— Their website has video tours, floor plans, and pricing available. There’s also a ‘Roommates Needed’ page on their website to help simplify the process of finding roommates!

Timber Creek apartments

Timber Creek is the perfect apartment complex for students who don’t want to pay any extra bills, because all utilities are included and it’s located just minutes from campus, so you also won’t have to buy a commuter pass to get to class! There’s something for just about everyone at Timber Creek, where students can choose from spacious one, two or three bedroom apartments Plus, they include dishwashers, walk-in closets, high-speed internet access and it’s pet-friendly— what more could you ask for?

“Utilities are huge- all utilities are included here, which isn’t necessarily something you can find at every complex,” Property Manager Wendy Hoover said.

There’s also a real community feel with basketball and volleyball courts, a game room and an indoor heated pool. And for the days when you just don’t feel up to walking to class, there is an on-site complimentary shuttle service.


The Reserve apartments

The Reserve is the right complex for students looking for a strong sense of community—

They stress their community design, offering residents social calendars and different events to help them connect with each other. 

“I’m a firm believer we offer the best customer service and community feel,” Leasing Manager Logan Kelly said. “We have all those cool resident events, but we don’t do those just to market them or to advertise anything, it’s just so we can provide an atmosphere for residents to get to know each other and us in a comfortable, safe space.” 

At The Reserve, you can choose from spacious, fully-furnished 2 or 3 bedroom apartments that all come with fully-equipped kitchens, walk-in closets and individual bathrooms. 

Some of the amenities The Reserve’s residents enjoy are the 24-hour fitness center, a resort-style pool, a private residential library with free printing and a full game tavern that has a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and more.


The Forum apartments

For students who want to live close to campus and have their furry friends with them, The Forum is the perfect option. Pets are welcome for a low, one-time fee in all of their spacious 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. 

Since The Forum Apartments are just steps away from Mission Street, you would not only be within walking distance to campus, but dozens of restaurants and stores like Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, Tim Hortons, Gordon Food Service Store and more. And you won’t need a commuter pass! What more could you ask for?

“We have the perfect location because the walk to campus is so easy and you don’t have to worry about parking passes. Most utilities are included, so it helps when learning to budget- all you have to budget is internet and electric,” Property Manager Melissa Callison said.

Residents at The Forum have plenty to keep them busy—they offer their residents an indoor heated pool, a basketball court, volleyballs courts and access to Mountain Town Fitness.


Tallgrass apartments

Tallgrass Apartments are perfect for students who are looking for a relaxing, homelike environment to live in that’s still affordable. 

You can have your choice several different floorplans of 2-bedroom or 4-bedroom townhouses, which can accommodate 1 to 4 people. 

"We are locally owned and managed, so we have a lot of flexibility with residents. Marketing Manager Kayla Rosman said. “We try to accommodate everyone to meet their needs."

All Tallgrass apartments come with dishwashers, washers and dryers, high speed internet, garbage disposal, access to the complimentary shuttle service and free printing.

If you like to be active, you’re in luck because Tallgrass offers their residents sand volleyball courts, a 10,000 square-foot brand new fitness facility and 24-hour use of the basketball court, which has eight large garage doors that open up in the summer.

Copper Beech apartments

Bigger is better, right? Copper Beech believes students shouldn’t have to compromise between a spacious, comfortable living space and affordability— they offer their residents townhomes from 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom to 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom, all with lots of space!

Plus, all Copper Beech townhomes have just been fully renovated with new vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a 50-inch TV in the living room. And for those residents who choose a fully-furnished town home, there is a new designer furniture package.

Let’s face it, who wants to pay for a commuter pass? Save some money when you sign at Campus Habitat which is only a five-minute walk away from Campus! With its great location, you’d also be able to walk to Kelly Shorts Stadium, The Cabin and Bell’s Pizza. 

“Campus Habitat is the best choice for students due to our proximity to campus,” Assistant Property Manager Evan Curtice said. “Not only is it more convenient to walk to class, but we also include all the utilities in our rent! Couple that with some of the lowest rates in Mount Pleasant and that makes us one of the most budget friendly complexes as well.”
