Students and faculty are invited to attend an election night party held by Speak Up, Speak Out at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Bovee University Center Terrace rooms.

Pizza will be delivered throughout the party. The event will let the campus community see election results together.

Teams of students will be able to answer trivia questions for prizes on topics including American history, presidents and this year’s presidential campaigns, said Political Science Professor Edward Clayton.

“Unlike the other Speak Up, Speak Out events, this one is more about having fun than educating or informing people,” he said.

Organizing committee member and philosophy and religion professor Merlyn Mowrey said the party will be the last SUSO event of the fall semester.

The open forums will resume in January.
