Volleyball's Bueter named to All-MAC First Team

On the eve of the Mid-American Conference Tournament, Central Michigan volleyball player Jordan Bueter has been recognized as All-MAC First Team for the second consecutive season.

The senior led the MAC with 4 kills and 4.61 points per set. 

In addition to leading the team in kills (416) and points (479), Bueter led the Chippewas in service aces (39) and finished second in team digs (302).

The South Bend, Indiana native was named the MAC West Division Offensive Player of the Week on three separate occasions during the season. 

Led by Bueter, CMU has qualified for its first conference tournament since 2012. 

Bueter and CMU face Western Michigan at 7 p.m. Thursday in Oxford, Ohio for the first round of the MAC Tournament.
