Individual arrested for breaking, entering Greenside Tavern in Lake Isabella
A Middleton man was arrested early Sunday morning for breaking and entering and resisting and obstructing police.
The Isabella County Sheriff's Department responded to an alarm at the Greenside tavern, 27 S. Coldwater Road in Lake Isabella.
A window was broken on the west side of the building when police arrived.
When deputies gave the man verbal commands to come out of the building, the suspect then hid behind the bar. He continued to refuse to comply with officer commands and a K-9 Tribal Police Department was sent in and he gave up without incident.
The Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by Tribal Police, Mount Pleasant Police and Central Michigan University Police. MMR was also on the scene in case they were needed.
