The Mount Pleasant Police Department and Toys for Tots are going to “Cram-A-Cruiser” with new, unopened, unwrapped toys from 5 -8 p.m. to let children get an up-close look at a police cruiser while adding the toy drive.

Saturday, Dec. 4 will start with a Jingle All-The-Way Kids Fun Run, 5K and 5 Mile Run that begins at 7:50, 8:25 and 8:30 a.m. Following the run, there will be a pancake breakfast with Santa from 9 a.m. to noon at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall.

In the evening, the lighted parade through downtown will start at 6 p.m. Essential/frontline workers will be this year’s Parade Grand Marshal. The night will end with holiday fireworks viewed from downtown after the parade.
