In 2010, the shelter adopted 642 dogs and 706 cats, in addition to numerous other animals such as rabbits and horses. All dogs at the shelter are spayed or neutered, up to date on appropriate shots, wormed, treated for fleas, tested for heart worms and microchipped prior to adoption.
