Campbell Hall shooting suspect James Eric Davis Jr. next court hearing is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 25.
Davis Jr. is facing two homicide charges and one firearm felony. Police say Davis Jr. shot and killed his parents, James Eric Davis Sr. and Diva Davis, on the Campbell Hall fourth floor. According to court officials, the case could be resolved tomorrow with a plea deal.
In October, Davis Jr. was found mentally fit to stand trial by Isabella County District Judge Eric Janes after a second competency hearing.
According to court documents, Davis Jr. is being housed at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry in Saline.
