Offensive lineman Cameron Vaughn transferring to Coffeyville Community College

Cameron Vaughn is one of the recent three new commits to Central Michigan's 2019 class.

Central Michigan has lost another piece on its offensive line.

Freshman Cameron Vaughn announced his intention to transfer to Coffeyville Community College on Monday, doing so via Twitter.

Coffeyville Community College is located in Coffeyville, Kansas and is a member of the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference. Last season, the Red Ravens posted a 4-7 record.

Vaughn, a 6-foot-6, 315-pound native of Orlando, Florida, did not see game action during the 2019 season. However, with four departing seniors on the Chippewa offensive line, Vaughn was in the mix to earn playing time during the 2020 season.

He is the second offensive lineman to transfer this offseason. He joins Jake Dominguez, who entered the transfer portal on Dec. 30 but has not announced his next destination.
