Former Central Michigan wide receiver, Carlos Carriere has found a new home in New York and another chance to continue his career on the football field. Just a day after he was invited to the Giants rookie camp on Sunday, Carriere was signed to The New York Giants as an undrafted free agent the next day.

Carriere, the transfer from Maryland, led CMU in receptions with 45 and receiving yards with 520 during the 2022 season. His breakout performance came in CMU’s loss against Penn State as he recorded a career-high in receptions with 11 and receiving yards with 111.

In his five seasons at Mayland, Carriere appeared in 31 games where he caught 38 passes for 480 yards and six touchdowns.

Former CMU wide receiver Kalil Pimpleton is currently on the Giants roster after being name to the practice squad back in September.
